Paddock Rules

1.       You agree to use Top Dog Paddocks at your own risk and not to hold the owners responsible for any injury for you or your dogs.  The ground is uneven and may pose trip hazards. We do not accept liability for any accident, injury, or misadventure, however caused, when using this facility.

2.       Children must be supervised at all times and must not climb on gates, fences, or any of the obstacles which are in situ for the enjoyment of the dogs. Our dog training agility equipment is not suitable for children’s play and we are not responsible for any injuries associated with children using our facility.

3.       Each booking lasts for 60 minutes. This includes 50 minutes of exercise time and 10 minutes to clear up and vacate the site before the next customer arrives.

4.       If you arrive late, you still must depart at your finish time to allow the next customer access.

5.       If, on arrival, the previous customer is still in the paddock or loading their dog into the car, please remain in your vehicle in the special designated waiting car park area until they have departed. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your time slot. If the previous customer has breached their booking time call us on 01480 769330.

6.       If you leave the field late we reserve the right to disallow future bookings.

7.       Dog toys are there to enjoy, but please return them to the field shelter when you are leaving.

8.       You agree to close all gates behind you to ensure the park remains a secure and safe place for dogs.

9.       There are no lights in the paddocks, only the car parking areas, so we recommend bringing a torch and lights for your dog if your session is in the dark.

10.   We conduct routine inspections of the fence to check for any holes or damage, striving to maintain a safe environment for your dog to enjoy off-leash freedom. Should you notice any damage, we kindly ask that you notify us promptly. Please understand that while we take every precaution, we cannot assume responsibility for any instances of dogs escaping the field.

Your Dog

1.       All dogs using the field must be up to date with worming, flea and tick treatments, and vaccinations.

2.       It is your responsibility to pick up all your dog’s waste and any rubbish and dispose of it in the bins provided. We provide dog poo bags and bins. Any customer who fails to clear up their dog mess will be refused hire in future.
